Because no two dogs are alike – and every dog parent has unique training goals for their pet – we prefer to meet you and your pet before answering this question. In some cases, we can achieve your goals in a single week. In other cases, we might require four to six weeks to get the job done right for you. That’s why we offer an evaluation
Again, when it comes to dog training, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. We work with dogs that range in age from puppies to seniors. If your pet is able to be boarded, the chances are great that they will thrive in our southern California board-and-train environment.
The answer to this question depends on your pet and your training goals. If your pet requires socialization with other dogs – and if you have provided us with written permission to do so – we may integrate other dogs during some part of their stay, but only in small, closely supervised circumstances. All dogs who stay with us must meet our health and safety requirements, have up-to-date vaccinations, etc.
In most cases, we discourage pet owners from visiting during the immersive environment of a board training program. We task your dog with maintaining an intense level of focus during the program, maximizing their opportunity to learn. We find that pet parent visits can derail progress. We will invite you in toward the end of the program, to show you our progress and integrate you into the process of maintaining and advancing your dog’s training.
